Guam is a beautiful island in the North Pacific about one quarter of the way between the Philippines and Hawaii where beaches abound and are one of the favourite attractions. There are wonderful things to do in Guam that you may not have time for a lot of sunbathing. Sport activity, hiking and biking, water parks, museums and fantastic night life are just some of what this amazing country has to offer.

Dive the world’s deepest ocean: the Challenger Deep is located in the Marianas Trench just 250 miles southwest of Guam. Guam is a home to a handful of dive shops and is a diver dream complete with wrecks, vibrant reef systems and temperate tropical weather.

Guam offers gorgeous white sand beaches, as well as plenty of water sports and activities to try. So make sure you’ve got some great swim wear to help you to feel confident and comfortable. As you will be spending a lot of time on the beach or in the sea, it’s a good idea to pack at least two sets of swimwear for the trip. If you’re going diving you can rent body skin and wet suits, but it’s always nice to pack your own for snorkelling. For surfing pack a rash guard to protect you skin from Guam’s sharp coral.

Petting a coconut crab at Chamorro Village: you may be hesitant to pet the largest land-living arthropod in the world. But go ahead the coconut crab doesn’t bite. Coconut crab can weigh up to 9 lbs with a leg span of more than 3 feet. Locals are used to handling the crabs and sometimes keep them as pets.

Tarza Water Park has to be one of the most fun things to do in Guam for the entire family. It has the largest array of slide and adventures of any other park around .There are gently sloped slides for the youngest oldest or less adventurous soul. There is a lazy river where you can float along and drift off to sleep.

The magic of Guam Dinner Show is fun and affordable for the entire family. Enjoy a wonderful buffet while you watch some incredible illusions and funny comedy. You will spend the entire evening laughing.

Ride a Carabao: these docile mammoths are the water buffalo of Guam weighing up to 2000 pounds. This National Symbol of Guam has been used for centuries especially in farming. Visitors can ride the Carabao, very slowly at a few locations around the island.

Adventure River Cruise is one of those things to do in Guam that is so unique and once in a lifetime experience. As you float down the Talofofo and Ugum rivers you get a close up view of the amazing wildlife and jungles.
