The Columbian gastronomy

The cuisine varies from region to region depending on culture-specific climate: tropical fruit and cereal in warm areas, and citrus fruits in temperate zones, wheat, potatoes and corn in cold areas. Large cities offer more international cuisine and luxurious restaurants. In villages, market stalls serve food simple but tasty at ridiculous prices.

Columbia

Last bastion of tourism in Latin America, "Locombia" as its inhabitants call it, translating "the mad Colombia" has on our imagination a fascinating blend of attraction and fear. Land of myths most often pests such as emerald, the cocaine cartels and the guerrilla, Colombia is also the legendary El Dorado, which took the name of Christopher Columbus, although it there is never asked the foot.
